IPHH College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences celebrated International Nurses Day 2026 with great enthusiasm, honouring the dedication, compassion, and service of nurses and healthcare professionals. The event was filled with excitement, learning, creativity, and team spirit, creating memorable moments for students and faculty members alike.
The celebration began with an inspiring welcome address by Mrs. Anu Sharma, who appreciated the hard work and commitment of nursing professionals in serving society. The program was further enriched by a motivational session delivered by Mr. Naseer Sultan, who encouraged students to continue their journey in healthcare with compassion, discipline, and dedication.
One of the major highlights of the event was the engaging student panel discussions, where participants shared their thoughts on the importance of nursing, patient care, and the future of healthcare services. The discussions reflected the knowledge, confidence, and leadership qualities of the students.
To pay tribute to Florence Nightingale, students and faculty members celebrated her birth anniversary with a special cake-cutting ceremony. Creative activities such as Rangoli and Poster Making Competitions added colour and excitement to the event while promoting awareness about healthcare and nursing values.
The celebration also included energetic sports activities like cricket, badminton, and tug of war, encouraging teamwork, fitness, and unity among students. Winners of various competitions were honoured and congratulated for their outstanding performances.
The event concluded on a joyful note, reflecting the institute’s commitment to promoting healthcare education, leadership, compassion, and community service. International Nurses Day at IPHH College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences was truly a celebration of healthcare heroes dedicated to serving humanity.
