IPHH College of Nursing celebrated Nursing Week with great enthusiasm and energy, bringing together students from B.Sc Nursing, GNM, and D.Pharmacy programs for a series of creative, educational, and sports activities. The celebration highlighted the spirit of compassion, teamwork, and dedication that defines the nursing profession.

The event provided students with an opportunity to move beyond classrooms and showcase their talents, leadership, and unity through various engaging activities. One of the key attractions of the celebration was the creative competitions, including Rangoli Making and Poster Making, centered around the theme of patient-centered care. Students displayed their artistic skills while spreading awareness about empathy, healthcare service, and the importance of compassionate nursing.

Sports activities added excitement and encouraged teamwork among participants. Energetic matches of cricket, volleyball, and tug of war created a lively atmosphere on campus and strengthened the bond among students. The competitions reflected discipline, coordination, and the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being alongside academic excellence.

A special highlight of Nursing Week was the inspiring guest lecture delivered by Dr. V. V. Sharma on the topic “Compassion in Care.” The session motivated students to understand the true essence of healthcare and reminded them that kindness, empathy, and patient support are at the heart of the nursing profession.

Throughout the celebration, students demonstrated that nursing is not only about clinical knowledge but also about teamwork, humanity, creativity, and emotional strength. The event successfully encouraged students to work together, support one another, and continue their journey toward becoming responsible healthcare professionals.

The Nursing Week celebration at IPHH College of Nursing once again reflected the institute’s commitment to holistic student development, healthcare education, and building compassionate future nurses dedicated to serving society.
